Vandaag weer een kerst LOTV kaartje, gemaakt met de LOTV stempel Cuddling Ted.
Het afdrukje is weer ingekleurd met distress inkt.

The image is coloured using distress ink.

• cardstock: white, blue, Tim Holtz kraft (patterned), green glitter
• Scrapbook Adhesives: 3D foam sqaures

Christmas is a piece of home.....

Hallo lieve allemaal,
Als beloofd vandaag een Quietfire Design kaart.
Deze kaart is ook terug te vinden op de Quietfire Design blog.
Vandaag draait eigenlijk alles om het stanzen...
Om een soortgelijke kaart te maken hoef je echt niet alle stanzen te hebben die ik gebruikt heb hoor...zoek gewoon eens een keer door de stanzen die je wel hebt en combineer verschillende maten en vormen. Door te stapelen en gebruik te maken van foam tape of - blokjes, gaat het ook helemaal goed komen!

It's all about die-cutting...
To make a card like this you really do not need to have all the dies I used....simple go through the die templates you already have and combine different sizes and shapes. Use foam tape or foam squares to stack your die-cuts and I'm sure you get an equaly amazing effect!

For my project I chose to use the die-set "Shining star" for a CAS (Clean and simple) card.
So....that means it's easy and quick to (re)make.
My card is to bring a smile to someones face by letting him/her know your appreciation, but I can also imagine the set to be used for example for a baby card....

Worry....

Hallo lieve allemaal,
Vandaag heb ik een makkelijk een snel te maken werkstukje voor jullie: een klein fotolijstje met een quote van Quietfire Design.

Het is echt heel makkelijk te maken: een kant en klaar houten fotolijstje (de mijne is ongeveer 8x11cm) en pimp het op met bloemetjes, blaadjes, meeldraadjes en een vogeltje...dat is alles!

Today I'm  sharing an easy and quick to create project: a little photo frame with a Quietfire Design quote stamp. It's ment to be a little gift to comfort, encourage, remind or help someone....
Of course you could use any other quote stamp...Quietfire has so many gorgeous ones!

This cute little project is really easy to make.
I bought my plain wooden photo frame (mine is sized 3.25"x 4.5") and embellished it with some mulberry flowers, leaves, stamens and a little birdie ....that is all it took!
Just enough to keep all emphasis on the quote.
