The Spellbinders DT has gotten together for a Nesties Besties Blog Hop.
The Blog Hop showcases some of our artwork we have made for Spellbinders.
The projects we show can also be found in the Art Gallery of Spellbinders.
Be sure to check out the blogs of the other Spellbinders DT-participants for more great projects.
And even more fun is: some of us have some verrryyyy nice give aways!
Yvonne van de Grijp ... that's me ;-)
If you have been to the CHA this january, you will have probably seen it at the Spellbinders booth!
To be honest it was quite a job making this blanket...I spent well over 10 hrs to make it.
All flower pots are made of faux leather (all die-cuts) and all the flowers, leaves, clouds and butterflies are felt die-cuts.
All hand sewed and no glue used!
The Spellbinders templates I used for the blanket:
- S5-060: Flower pots
- S4-357: Spiral Blossoms Three
- S4-351: Spiral Blossom One
- S5-055: Layered Poinsettia
- S5-086: Bitty Blossoms
- S4-328: Foliage
- S5-050: Rose Creations
- S5-103: Bauble Blossoms One
- LF-006: Wonderful Wings
- LF-246: Grand Labels Eleven
- S4-290: Labels Fourteen
Other used materials:
- Pollika: felt
- Buttons Galore and more: buttons
- May Arts: twine
All parts are sewed on by hand.
I put a lot of love in making this blanket and it was so hard to say goodbye to it...
As you can see, Spellbinders templates also great for sewing, quilting and embroidery!
