De opdracht voor week 14 van de Scrapheap Year Challenge op FB was: Woord.

Ik heb voor het woord Tijd gekozen... Voor deze tag heb ik veel wax gebruikt.

The assignment for week 14 of the Scrapheap Year Challenge on FB was: Word. I chose the word Time for my tag. a lot of Wax was used for this tag.

You're worth it...

Hallo allemaal,
Stempelglede heeft een nieuwe stempelset uitgebracht: "Steampunk Journey"....en hij is weer prachtig!
Deze stempelset is perfect voor mannelijke kaarten.
Voor mijn kaart heb ik eerst de klok gestempeld, deze gemaskerd met een post-it en daarna de man met hoed ernaast gestempeld.
Het afdrukje is ingekleurd met potloden en daarna is het plaatje oud gemaakt met bruine distress ink en een ink blending tool.
De gebruikte stans is er uiteraard weer 1 van Spellbinders.

Hello everyone,
Stempelglede has launched an brandnew stampset "Steampunk Journey"...and...it's gorgeous!
This stampset is perfect for masculine cards.
For my card I first stamped the clock, then masked it using a post-it and then stamped the gentleman next to the clock.
The image was coloured using pencils and then the paper was altered using brown ink and an ink blending tool.
The used die-template is a Spellbinders.

Vandaag was het mijn beurt om op de Stempelglede blog te plaatsen (klik hier).
Jullie kennen mijn voorliefde voor oud blauw en bruin, dus.....heb ik een label gemaakt in deze kleuren.
De basis is een witte label waarop scrappapier en kant is gelijmd.
Daarna heb ik er een doiley (Spellbinders stans) opgeplakt.
Vervolgens de stempelafdrukjes ("oud" gemaakt mbv. distress inkt) erop en afgemaakt met een hoop prulletjes.
Als laatste met gesso wat witte verf accentjes aangebracht.

You know that old blue and brown are some of my favorite colors, so...I made a label using those.
The base is a white label with patterned paper and lace glued upon.
Then a paper doily (Spellbinders die template) was glued upon.
The stamped images were altered with brown ink.
Finish the label with some white gesso accents.
